Looks waist to chest down on east pensacola beach, wind still out of the south 5-10. Wind should switch offshore sometime this afternoon, my reports say around three o'clock, funny that is when I get off work. Hopefully the waves still have some size left, buoys were at 5 feet overnight and have dropped to 4 as of this morning. Hoping for a warmer repeat of last tuesday. Hit me up with reports and updates, and I'll try and keep you updated.
Recap: Last night at the pier was big and chunky, and absolutely detonating on that sand bank right next to the pier. Head high, shifty, giant rainstorms with 30 kt gusts, a fifteen minute period of glass after the rain, you name it, it happened yesterday afternoon.
